I'm probably going into conspiracy mode here but, this is why I think that BB producers planned on kicking Kitten out in the first week right from the start!

I know the've said that it could be any of the housemates but I reckon they'll deffo pick Kitten to be evicted and this "any housemate to be evicted" thing has just been another publicity stunt!

Otherwise how else could she apear in court?

Or perhaps am I just being too cynical?? )

I'm sure someone could pay the fine for her.

IIRC you're not allowed to, she must do so herself.

However if i was in the mags position i'd issue the warrant, but specify that she be arrested when she was evicted from the house. That should provide some quality TV when she comes out, and f*** her up nicely, from one hell hole directly to another

Mersey girl. You could be right. Although I think BB didnt know about Kittens court appearance untill the middle of the week.

However, if they do evict just Kitten tonight, they will need to find a replacement, because the original plan was not really evict anyone until next week.(and have two fake evictions tonight, the two going to the secret room).

So The options BB have are

1) Just evict Kitten tonight and put in a stand-bye. boring option.
2) Do the original plan, have the HM's choose someone for eviction, then announce another eviction because of Kittens rule breaking, and then put the two into the secret room. If they need to evict kitten before next wednesday, then they can simply ask her to leave because of the court case.

However, if Kittens fine is paid, does she still have to appear in court to be discharged?.

Not true

There was a recent case where an OAP was due in court for non payment of fines (for council tax non payment). She refused to pay on principal, but somone else paid them for her, to avoid her going to prison.

However, Im not sure if, even someone else pays, you still have to appear in court to be discharged.

If she did then she's a fool. The Courts are quite strict. I was informed that if I didn't appear once then a warrant would be issued for my arrest, and I was only a witness!

I don't imagine being on BB will be an excuse not to appear if nobody else does so on her behalf.

It depends whether her unpaid fines were ones imposed by a magistrate (for a past criminal offence) or whether we are talking Council Tax or TV License. It seems to be more serious than someone just paying them for her. I don't think it would go down well putting out a warrant to arrest her when she leaves the house : a) the police aren't going to stand for that and b) Endemol can't be seen to be putting up a wanted person.

I think she will go tonight as well, but i would think there'll be some kinda twist to punish the other HM's.

Kitten is a plant in my opinion by BB. If it wasnt for her none of the other HM's would be bothered by BB's "evil".

Its all to increase the viewing after last years flop

Not sure she is a total plant but wouldn't surprise me if she's been given nods and winks all along as to what to do. I think it was crucial for the production team to start the show with a bang this year.

The BBC does say she could be jailed for contempt of court if she doesn't appear on Wednesday

As an attention seeker I'm sure Kitten couldn't resist the thought of being arrested on the Big Brother set. What better opertunity to publicise whatever "cause" she recieved the fine for. I hope BB don't play into her hands, they should kick her out now.
