Internet Access Phone required

Hello

I currently on pay as you go. I would like a good internet phone
on say £20 per month.

Send a few texts but not many phone calls so would like a phone that has unlimited internet access. Blackberrys I would like.

Any ideas

touchscreen or keyboard? T-Mobile have some deals on @ 20 pound a month, and 3 Have the iphone 3gs for 25 quid a month!
