A promising start. Plenty of HGs to toss cushions at the TV for.

Come off it. Clearly Production put on the padlock and not one of the HG's.

I'm feeling more optimistic about the saboteur twist now!

Yeah, I reckon production put the padlock on. Either way, the twist was kind of cool and not as bad as it could have been, and at least it only lasts until Week 5.
Early faves are still Annie and Britney. But we've only just got started. I can't wait for another crazy summer of BBUS!

Also, does the first America's vote seem pretty pointless to anyone else? Or does it have a purpose beyond "find out if you're right America!" ? Overall, An OK premiere. Not the best, but not the worst. It was about average IMO. The competition didn't seem very action packed and rather slow paced and there isn't really anyone who came off as an immediate favourite. I suspect as the saboteur twist heats up and we get more from the houseguests next episode it will allow me to get into this season more. Looking forward to Sunday so I have more to judge off of for this season

3 hours until the live stream comes on and we see if it's going to be watchable.

If the stream comes on and Annie is nominated I'm gonna be pissed off! It'll be like with Brian two seasons ago!

Was I right in hearing earlier that one of them said that Andrew (?) wears a Yom Kippur?

Oy., I love Andrew. I'm rooting for him. I'm excited there's a Jewish houseguest. But he shot himself in the foot with the prank tonight. Saboteur or not - he's sooooo up for eviction in week 2 and unless he forms an alliance real quick - he's out.

I wouldn't be so sure he's out next week. Right now he's like Jen was in BB8, has pretty much the whole house annoyed with him, but look how far Jen made it. You can never say anything is a sure thing in BBUS.

Just wondering if anyone noticed this:
When the lights went out, Brendon went and got his toothpaste and toothbrush. Then it showed the other housemates, but Kathy wasn't sitting down on the sofas. A few seconds later before the lights turn back on, she's there on the sofas and gets up and blames Andrew. My guess is she's the saboteur. |
