Its a shame Survivor never really took off over here, even if they had to use the I'm a Celebrity format for it (and using IAC as the spin off). But the whole Nasty Nick thing in BB pretty much drilled into the public that game playing is bad so sadly nothing like that will be able to take off in this generation.
