Not sure what they are as it was over the phone

Turned it on banner saying BT Vision Hidef

Wanted to do a retune

Retune doesn't work

No sign of any programmes

Any ideas please?

Power cut yesterday afternoon for 10 minutes.

Router went down but restarted eventually on Wednesday

dunno. sounds strange.

i would power off everything.
start up the hub (and comtrend adapters if in use).
wait 3-5 mins.
start up vision.
test if on demand works (check one of the trailers out if you don't have a package).
check channels.
attempt a retune.
if that fails.... then start looking at your tv arial.

i'd plug the arial direct into your tv and try to tune it. if you can prove the arial works.
if you can tune the tv using the arial it suggests the vision tuners have an issue.
