Tv guide - no information available

Tv guide - no information available
Hi for the past few days when i have gone on to the tv guide on the vision box, it says against all the channels no information available, which does not really cause much of a problem, except if i wanted to record something, as obviously that program is not showing in the guide, so cannot record it, does anybody know how to remedy this?, everything else works fine, just this odd thing

get this working ?

have you tried a reboot... standard fix for strange problems...

no i have not yet, did not hink about it, will give it a go and report back if a success
