Danny Baldwin has just arrived in Corrie. Was his entrance better or worse than his rival EE's Alfie Moon?

i liked alfie's entrance better(trying to rob the till in the vic and ending up as landlord)but danny was funny in how he conned the factory girls.the 'chirpy cockney' stuff grates a bit but there ya go.

I like Danny. I think he's got good potential. I'm looking forward to Frankie's arrival tomorrow night. Apparently Danny was married before and has two sons, both of which are coming to the Street. One of them, Jamie will be played by Rupert Hill, the actor who currently plays Cameron Davenport in Family Affairs. Haven't heard anymore on this so it mightn't be 100% true.

Danny definately. I have to mute the TV when Alfie does his 'Listen-Kat-I-just-wanted-to-say....... you know what I mean, when he tries to be sensitive.

Rupert Hill is joining Corrie as one of Danny's sons.

I thought Alfie Moon's entry onto EE was better than Danny's

There were a lot of good moments in those first episodes with Bradley Walsh but he is now beginning to grate on me too.

I think Danny Baldwin is a good character, and Bradley Walsh's acting is much better than I had expected BUT as the die hard Corrie fan that I am I cannot sit and watch him knowing that the Corrie writers and prodcuers have re-written the whole Baldwin family history just to justify a new 'wide-boy'. I won't go into the ins and outs of the family tree, but it is a really REALLY big blip with continuity on Coronation Street's part.

Danny's entrance was better in my opinion.
