I had a discussion with Humax UK support about the series link issue and the problems of EPG updating and they basically said that they weren't aware of any issues in this area of the .23 firmware.
![]() Basically what they wanted to do was swap my 9300T for a new one..... ![]() I have to say that I didn't agree with the swap and said that I would continue monitoring what was going on with my box. ![]() I have no real confidence in Humax UK's support front desk. All they seem to want to do is "tell you a story" and get rid of you off the phone. ![]() ![]() Can I ask that if we are getting issues that we raise them with Humax UK Support so that they really believe they have a problem and might one day fix it because currently I git the impression that they weren't going to fix any of our current problems as they didn't believe we had any.. ![]() Infinidim

![]() Humax are fully aware of the issues surrounding the v.23 firmware, so if they are saying otherwise then they are telling porkies.. |

Then that just goes to prove that either they dont read their own Facebook page or that they just dont want to acknowledge that there are any problems.
