Wonder if anyone can help!

Every time I try to go on the ipod on my iphone, it flashes up and goes straight back off again.

I've had this before with apps (not the ipod), and found that a reboot or updating my exisiting apps sorts it out.

I've tried both of these and still can't get the ipod to start working? Fatal problem or can it be fixed??

Thanks.

that seems to be their first suggestion in most cases like this. makes sense to be honest, its almost certainly a software glitch.

just do a backup before you restore and its not that painful, just takes a little whilst depending on how much stuff you got on your phone. ive got about 20gb on mine and even over wifi it takes about 90-120 mins. bearable given how rarely it needs doing.

First rule with any form of technology fault such as this. Turn if off and on again and if that fails, reinstall. If that fails its probably a hardware fault and apple should swap
