Hi there, ive read some reviews on this phone , just would like to know what, if any one has one of these phones, what people think of it?. Thinking of getting one maybe, found one at £179 .
Any views would be welcome.

a great little android device, may take a little while to get used to the smaller screen however a good piece of kit. Remember it is only on 1.6 android atm with an update due in the next few months possibly.

The device is also designed to do everything with one hand by using just the screen, obviously it has the keyboard to use the messaging features however the native exchange support is not that great and may not work with work exchange servers unless specific security settings are enabled.

Specific exchange settings are required because of security in Exchange server, specifically allowing your users to access it remotely.

I almost bought a mini pro, but in the end gave up waiting. Bought a bigger phone with 2.1 on it and no problems accessing my correctly configured exchange server.

I owned its bigger brother (X10) for 2 months. Battery life was dire

Also the call volume is very low. My mate has one and it's really hard to hear the person on the other end of the phone at times.

Not sure if the mini has the same problem though.

Yes that was another annoying thing over the X10 and if you turned the volume up it went really tinny.

Not sure if any of these issues have transferred over to the mini pro. The presence of a dedicated keyboard is a blessing given the pigs ear sony ericsson made of the touch screen keyboard on the X10

£100 should be more the norm!
I think expensive for what you get even if it is a great little phone.

A quick google finds it free on contract at £9 per month. That's £220 total but with 500MB free internet and 100 mins.
Am sure there are even better deals.
