Cameron's assessment of the BB5s has changed my opinion of him

Well its nice to be wrong! Reading Cameron's column in the Sunday Post will send me running to one of his fansites to applaud a guy that I so disliked.

http://www.dcthomson.co.uk/mags/post/news4.htm

I did fear that Kitten would be ejected from the house. I think it’s a great shame — and a huge mistake.
When she was being interviewed by Davina McCall she really showed signs that she had made friends, had enjoyed her stay at times and she had realised that it was supposed to be for fun

Well said Cameron!

What came across is that Kitten does know a lot about herself, and it’s not all bad.
I feel that if she’d been given a chance to be in there for a while, she’d have become much less belligerent. She’d begin to let her gentle and warm side show.
As it was, she had almost become a caricature of the trendy anarchist, and it’s an enormous pity because you can see she has this lovely quality to her.
I hope they put her back in

His views on Vanessa are particularly interesting and in general the guy's shown me that he's not who I thought he was. I think,he, not Jon,has come up with the goods in his column. And I was ready to march on Endemol for the cause last year.

At last his sensitive, more caring pisces nature has come out.

Hats off to Cameron and this is coming from his biggest enemy last year. How wrong I was about him.

Quite appropriate for Oor Wullie to be writing a column for the Post

Hi zz. I remember your BB4 comments very well, so this has come as a bit of shock.

Like you, I accept that Cameron has made some sensible points in this particular article. It's certainly good to see him standing against the tide of anti-Kitten hysteria that we have witnessed this last week.

However, whilst I'm with Cameron on this occasion, I cannot put aside all the ''other issues''. They remain.

A moment of clarity does not a philosopher make.

Cameron was, and always will be, the anti-Big Brother who was sent to destroy the show from within.

Just thinking about him makes me shudder.

Camerson says:

Quote:
“He fled from Somalia as an asylum-seeker and is now a British citizen. I can’t help wondering if the Big Brother producers had noticed my comments about asylum seekers in the Post last year and decided to include him just to see what happens.”

AS IF? Not everything revolves around you Cameron. *shudder* This article just reminded me how much I hate him.

He's just trying to curry favour, notice the plug for his forthcoming tv programme.

I agree, I still can't stand Cameron. He's telling people what they want to hear in that article, he must have read and knows what people's views are on the hm's this time round and just seems to be echoing it imo.

It will take an awful lot more than that for me to ever change my opinion of Cameron, and I just can't see that ever happening.

Very well put Bananafish. I don't think anything could change my opinion of Cameron, he still creeps me out completely even after avoiding looking at him for nearly a year

Cameron is a shrewd operator who managed to con a lot of people big time. Kitten was evicted because she had a compulsion to break rules , which she does as a way of life by the look of it.

I'm a little surprised and impressed by Cameron's views...especially since it's against the wave of massive objection against her....he has at least tried to understand her.....

But this is a guy who is against her marriage because an ancient part of a badly translated religious text told him it's wrong.....

True.

If he went to Kitten's wedding I may think differently of him.

Fair play to the guy, at least he has given us advance warning of his pending TV program. Imagine accidently switching on one night and seeing him again.

Jon's column is funny.

Cameron's column is not funny.

Jon wins.

Sensitive, caring Pisces nature? Oh, what utter nonsense. It really is amazing how people actually take this astrological rubbish so seriously.

Cameron is a creep. Always was, always will be. The only people who could like him are the kind of arseholes who support the BNP and those who are so thick to know any better.

I notice he doesn't say what he would have been like if he was in there now. The mix of mad (behavior) opinionated (good) Kitten with the 'Religious' Cameron would have been great. Maybe we would have seen the real him?
Either that or he would have kept quiet and looked stupid when Kitten was ranting at him for being ignorant and homophobic

Hi Eddy,

I'm a bit with ZZ on this one.

It hurts me to say it,..but Cameron is spot on as far as I'm concerned.
Like you, there's still too much from him that I can't really change my mind about.
But I think I can be a little bit fairer on him when credit is due.

Unfortunately the rest of the article Zen quoted degenerates from there and is pretty much the usual Cameron shite.....But at least there's a chance of redemption for him.

I think I'll just hate him when I feel in a bit of a mood to slag someone off for fun. Maybe I can just hate him on Saturdays or something.

Yeah, Cameron is really trying to curry favour with the public by supporting Kitten who the majority of BB viewers hate with a passion.
Just like it was all fixed for Kitten to win BB5.

I'm as gobsmacked as you Mes.
This time I will give him credit where it's due.

This time Cameron has a better handle on things than Jon.
By quite a margin I might add, considering Jon thinks someone's being "fit" is a better quality in a person than their individuality. bad show Jon.
Aaargh,..what have I said
I should be ashamed of myself.

Well I dont think Cameron wrote that, I think he got someone else to do it for him.Perhaps his brother in a
desparate way to make Cameron look like a really (NICE) and trendy person, when in actual fact he is still the same.
And will never change....................................

These words did not come out of Camerons mouth Iam sure of that.

Well you took it seriously enough to post on it,my friend.
Secret stargazer perhaps?

You know I wonder why I bother posting at times.

Reality check people - I doubt very much Cameron wrote that himself or would have editorial control over content.

Edit: I forgot to say Graceland was on the right track.
