Orange Help Please

I recently got a Samsung Galaxy on orange and am less than impressexd with it.

I have no 3g signal in my area but my family do and the phone keeps knocking me off my router and not browsing the internet.

Anything i can do to get out of the contract, I have only been with them for 1 week!

you have 14 days to send the phone back if you dont like it and get yourself out of your contract.
just call them and say you've changed your mind.

Not necessarily...

If you got the phone from an Orange shop they won't change them - they have a zero tolerance policy on exchanges because you have actually seen the handset. If, on the other hand, the phone was obtained from the Orange website or by phoning them you have a week to return them.

I had a six month long battle with them about this... (I won in the end).
