help needed with new blackberry contract

Brought a blackberry today on virgin contract, cancelled my old contract which was just normal virgin mobile and got this new contract set up while I was in the virgin media shop.

Anyway it's saying my account is suspended, is this normal and sorts itself out in 24 hours or do I need to call virgin?
