I have just switched on my ipod and clicked on Music it waits about 15 seconds before going back to the home screen.I have rebooted the ipod several times but no joy. Why can't I access my songs.

I'm no expert on ipods but a little more info would be helpful so that those here who understand them better than I may be able to diagnose your problem. For example,which ipod do you have,which software version is it on. Does itunes recognise your ipod when you connect it to the pc and can you access music that way?
