I have a problem with iPlayer not fitting my HDTV screen when it is set as secondary monitor. If I set it to primary it fits fine but that is not the best solution for me. If I play Youtube clips they fit fine on secondary. But iPlayer puts a black border around them.

Do you have the TV set to JUST SCAN.

It's not an overscan issue. Even with overscan enabled I still get black bars around the edges. Setting the HDTV to primary display solves the issue and it then scales correctly. But I don't want my main OS desktop on the HDTV I want to keep the HDTV as secondary display. Also setting the HDTV to 1680x1050 solves it but that is not correct either.

This is a problem in Flash with the BBC's 1440x1080 25P scaling on an HDTV as secondary display. 1920x1080 Youtube clips scale correctly.
