iphone app problem
my aunt had had a iphone for her birthday.tonight she cant get any apps to work has anyone have any idea what is wrong. what happen is the apps start but automaticly revert back to the home screen

Has she tried doing a reset? Holding down the on/off button and the "Home" central button together for about 10 seconds till the apple logo appears.

opps.. thats not good. She could try resetting its setting back to the factory settings. Go to Settings -> General -> Reset... however bear in mind that she'll loose any custom settings she may have entered if she does this.
Another thing to try is to get her to connect the phone to the computer and try synching the thing from iTunes. I've also heard of people installing a new app (just choose some free one) can help with this kind of thing. |
