Poor Charity

I obviously missed the story line some time back, but how come Charity never made a claim on the Tate estate after having been found not guilty. It's not like a Dingle not to have a go.

wasn't it part of the deal she made with Zoe to get out of prison.

But that deal wouldn't be mentioned in court ~ It would leave Zoe open to a charge of purgey. I still would have expected Charity to have tried a legal challenge.

she couldn't as it was in the contract which stated she had to give up rights to everything Tate connected in return for 10k. So being that she is rather scheming, she has gone for Tom's estate instead.

the money was in exchange for baby christopher (or noah as he was then) and charity had to sign an agreement to waive any claims to the tate estate.
