Poor Charity
I obviously missed the story line some time back, but how come Charity never made a claim on the Tate estate after having been found not guilty. It's not like a Dingle not to have a go.

she couldn't as it was in the contract which stated she had to give up rights to everything Tate connected in return for 10k. So being that she is rather scheming, she has gone for Tom's estate instead.
