I actually really like that one. A bit of slightly nightmarish symbolism now and then does you good.

I've always loved that advert.

I think the problem there is not nudity (I've never been sure why genitalia are automatically in need of censoring anyway. Are people really that squeamish about seeing a penis or vagina hanging out? Even though they all have one or the other themselves, which they see all the time?), and I'm not sure 'simulated torture' does it justice- more like very convincingly simulated 'man screaming in agony as he gets literally minced alive by giant spiky machine'. Happiness in Slavery is one of extremely few music videos I ended up having to watch through my fingers.

If anyone really wants a link I'll go and hunt one down, but I have no desire to watch it again myself.

I have some (admittedly weak) offerings to make:

A bit David Lynch, is this- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kp1FRKc24Zk

A gore-fest- http://www.veoh.com/collection/Dir-E...553020nkmknnWf

This one still scares me slightly in places, albiet in a good way- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X_50c8QZZyQ

Different group, same vocalist. And Lynchian influence is back. This is one of my all-time favourite videos- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLpkXtM-VI8

Terrified me the first time I saw it, although I'm sort of desensitised now- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=31qz3qm0W4M

It's never scared me personally, but I think an ode to this old classic is in order- http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1d...hole-sun_music

Love the song, love the video, although the symbolism in it is a little twisted once you consider the real-life relationship between the dead couple.

I remember watching Jacko's Thriller video (full length version) on holiday in Spain in the 80s. After that, I had to have the bedroom window shut at night. Zombies still scare the hell out of me.

I dont find Come to Daddy that scary anymore, Windowlicker still gives me the creeps though. The first few moments seriously funny but then it just turns a bit creepy.

Don't know if this qualifies as scary, or just downright weird and disturbing (but also quite touching):

As a child, Michael Jackson's video for Earth Song used to scare the CRAP out of me. It still kind of does...

Not scary but oddly sweet and heartwarming

I can't stand that song - the sentiments in it are creepy and misogynistic.

Then you definately don't want to hear another song from the band, Dirty Hole.

That Panic at the disco video-Emperors new clothes(The one when Brendon become a Demon or Devil)
Creepy right

if it was shown during the daytime it will get some complaints that's why it was shown just after 9PM

Am I the only one that finds Come To Daddy hilarious? Same for Windowlicker. I would say that a lot of Chris Cunningham's videos (as dark as they can be) also had some dark humour sprinkled in them as well. The Afrika Shox video after you get over the shock of him losing limbs is quite funny - "Do you need a hand?". Come On My Selector by him always made me laugh.

As a child I was absolutely terrified of the Basement Jaxx video, Where's Your Head At? I recently watched it for the first time in years, and it's still very disturbing, certainly has the merit of being one of the most oddball videos of recent times.

Massive Attack did one, I think it was for Safe from Harm, that has Shara Nelson singing as she climbs the stairs in an empty tower block as 3D is essentially racing her to the top in a lift, presumably to attack her. She eventually gets up the stairs, and enters the flat, and as the closes the door, you see a man emerge standing outside, with a disturbing grin on his face.

I always found the video for "no more I love you's by Annie Lennox quite disturbing .

https://youtu.be/NSkboTTTmpg

Also on a different note "Eat you alive " by limp bizkit is rather mysoginistic

Surely the most disturbing music video of all time is Dancing In The Streets by Bowie and Jagger, no?

I see a man on my walk to work a few times a year and he is the double of Aphex twin. Always makes me think of Come to Daddy and how odd a video it is.

I remember watching that through the gaps between my fingers, toes curling.

Soundgarden's Black Hole Sun, not really scary, just weird.

That was featured on Family Guy last night. What on earth were they thinking when they made that?
