ITV shows not free on BT Vision

Anyone know why I'm being charged for watching ITV shows on BT Vision Replay?

The ITV On Demand channel shows are free with my plan but I have to pay to watch the likes of Coronation Street.

probably an error.
if it doesn't clear up - worst case, do a reboot and let the box connect fresh into BT (from how looks on my boxt when selecting On Demand stuff it checks against your account and either shows a price or shows Free. Sometimes if the response is slow you can see the program prices updating if you get what I mean?)

if that fails - contact the helpdesk and get them to check it out.

I can look into this for you to see why you are being charged for watching these programmes it may be due to the package that you are on or a discrepancy in the billing set up we have for you but either way if you check out my profile you will find my contact information and if you send me your account information, forum username and a link to this post I will look into this for you.

That is the more likely factor.

Why is it that BT Vision billing is beset by problems, yet the billing for the Phone and Broadband is generally fine?

When I had BT Viison, I had no problems with my Phone and BB bills, yet the BT Vision billing was terrible.

I'm not saying that this is defenately the problem but it may be that you're catching programmes as soon as they are loaded. Think they load up the show and then the details in regards who gets it for free.

We've in the past been billed for something we've subscribed to (BT refunded us by the way)
When BT had on demand football their midweek games were sometimes available at around midnight for £2.00 and at 3am for free.

Mad and clearly needs fixing but something to be aware of. Goes without saying that you should check your bill next month. Hope you get your problem resolved though.
