Weird bubbles on iPhone screen?

Got a brand new replacement iPhone yesterday, and I never noticed this until today when out in day light, on the back of the screen its almost like there is plastic film the forgot to take of, you can see air bubbles, It looks just like the front did before I removed the plastic film IE there was air bubbles in the film but this is defiantly behind the glass I I cleaned the screen and it made no difference.

Taking it back is fine if you live near and Apple store I don't,It involves postage which takes 5 days

That's to ensure all repairs are now rejected on the basis of water damage!

not normal at all, the 4 is all bonded, there is no air layer between or such, it should be flawless.

The OP has problems with virtually everything in his life, and phones do not seem to be the exception.
