HELP! Blackberry email setup problem
Hey,
I've had my blackberry 2 days now and I've somehow failed in setting up the email correctly. When I went to the setup option on the menu, there isn't a specific email settings button so I tried setup wizard - but when I try to set up my email there is only an "enterprise activation" option... I've tried looking at guides and tutorials online and the only ones I've found are ones which have that option of setting up a personal email account (and has steps from there). I've called Virgin mobile 4 times and they haven't been that helpful so far ![]() I also can't get Twitter or Facebook for blackberry working either. Is this to do with the BIS not being set up properly? Have I missed something blindingly obvious? Or are there any tech-type people to help me? Never had a blackberry before, and I'm useless with this sort of thing so help would be much appreciated! |

Will depend on the network but sounds to me that you are missing the blackberry extra on your account and the bb has not registered on the network yet. Phone your network and speak to them

I can help you here I had the same exact problem, who are you contracted with.
I had to text the word "yes" to a number then it was all set up after I have removed battery twice, I'm just not sure if the same number applies to all networks |
