Downloading App onto another Iphone
I have CoPilot UK installed on my Iphone 3gs bought with my Itunes account.
If I was to log into my Itunes account on my wifes Iphone 4 and re-download CoPilot would this work? she has purchased items on the phone in her own Itunes account. We are going on holiday and leaving my Iphone at home (as its a works phone) so I'll be sharing my wifes phone. When you purchase an App are you allowed to use it on more than one device? |

I set my family up to all use my itunes account so if I buy an app they get it for free. As far as I know you can only use one iTunes account at a time so if she uses yours then has to be only yours.

The rules of all items purchased from the iTunes Store (those with DRM - i.e. anything but Music) say that you can use the content on up to 5 computers and with an unlimited number of Apple devices - iPod, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. The easiest way to do what you want is to use iTunes to download and sync the application you want to share. This guide has the basic premise of how to do it: http://www.intomobile.com/2008/07/25...tiple-iphones/ Using multiple accounts on the phone is a bit of a nightmare, so I'd strongly advise sticking to using iTunes to do the copying. |

Did they pay properly for the mapping data license?
Or is it that they taking sales and good profits from higher priced goods? |

NDrive support have explained this as follows:
"Unfortunately due to a technical error with our applications on Appstore [sic] you currently cannot purchase the NDrive software. We are resolving the situation with Apple so we ask you to wait a few more days." Also: Dear valued customer, It has recently come to our attention that customers are experiencing difficulties with our iPhone navigation applications. Accordingly, NDrive acknowledges that our software listed in the Apple iTunes Store have been dissolved until further notice. We are currently working to address and improve the situation in an efficient manner. This issue has been assigned a maximum urgency level as we cannot inquire on the duration of our void from said markets. We are attentively listening and working hard to address all inquisitions submitted. At this moment, we kindly suggest that all questions and requests concerning NDrive's iTunes Store applications be forwarded to Apple’s Support Team. To contact Apple's iTunes Store Customer Service please Click Here: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/...20Applications We would like to sincerely thank you for your understanding and formally apologize for any inconvenience. I had wondered how NDrive managed to release fully functional navigation apps with similar mapping included for a fraction of the price of all the competitors. I guess the answer is they forgot to license the included maps
