There usually is, but it was not mentioned in the Digital Spy pre-expo report.

They're having a screening of TPO/TBB on Thursday, but it doesn't say if anyone related to the show is attending that. There's also a British Invasion panel featuring Paul Cornell and Toby Whithouse on Thursday.

It doesn't look like there's an actual DW panel, though, at least not according to the current schedule on the Comic-Con website.

(I know I'm horribly selfish, but I'm glad that there doesn't appear to be one, because after my crazy adventure last year I really wanted to go this year, but I have to miss out. )
