How to sell a jail broken iPhone?

Bit unsure about this, I have jailbroken it and unlocked it, There is nothing on the phone, its blank. Can I just sell it like this? What I mean is if the other person connects it to there computer they will be able to use the iPhone without having to restore and set up as a new phone? Or should I have restored, jailbroken and not set up as a new phone?

Why not just mention this when selling.

Offer them two options:
1. Non-jailbroken. Just restore the phone as if it was from day one.
2. Jailbroken. Restore the phone and re-jailbreak it for them. Only takes 2 minutes.

Doesn't matter either way.
