Here's a provider that does what you need:

http://www.tndw.co.uk/0845-Numbers.cfm

You're looking at a one-off fee of £24.95, then according to the price list, a charge of between 9p and 16p a minute to receive the calls on your mobile, depending on your network.

You might like to consider an 03 number, as these are better for your customers because they cost the same as calling an 01 or 02 number, regardless of whether your caller is using a mobile or a landline. 03 numbers are often included in inclusive call packages for both landlines and mobiles, whereas the same is not true for 0845 numbers, at least from mobiles.

Another 03 number supplier: http://aaisp.net.uk/kb-telecoms-03.html

I use a company called sipgate, I have a number of geographical numbers local to me (but different exchanges) and all are on divert to my mobile.
It's run as a pay as you go, so you only pay for the diverted call at around 30p a call, I just top it up the account falls below £5.
I even get an email when the account falls below £5

0845 is used to hide location.
For mobile phone users these numbers are best avoided so I don't think it always helps get custom.

Follow me 0845 numbers are essential for start ups in my opinion, you can move to new premises in any area at a later date and KNOW 100% that you wont lose any trade

also they are free from bt landlines which is nice to advertise
