ported from network ????????

Hi i recently ported my number from 02 to three but im still getting text on special offers n stuff from 02 how do i stop these text thanks in advance

I think I'd start by phoning O2 and ask them to stop sending marketing messages. It might also be a good time to point out that you have moved to another network, (this, of course, is probably why they are targeting you!)

thank you for your help the say they have passed my details on to the support and it will take 28 days for them to remove me so i stop receving marketing texts
