"The Bright Stuff"

Over the past two days I have had two particular texts, One from "200022" and the other from "200202" referring to "The Bright Stuff"

The fist one said-

"Hi from Bright Stuff - bringing you offers, news and alerts. Look out for the message from shortcodes made up of 2s and 0s. They are freeto receive and reply to."

The second one said-

"REPLYING TO BRIGHT STUFF
Here's a Bright Stuff tip! If you see the "<" symbol at the end of a Bright Stuff message it means you can reply. This reply is ALWAYS FREE. So if you see "<Y/N" that means you can reply by text with either Y or N. Give it a try now and see how it works. <Y/N"

The "<" above is in fact an inverted "v" but I don't know how to reproduce that symbol on the keyboard! I've Googled but there's no obvious answer.

Could anyone kindly please tell me anything about this "Bright Stuff...." The texts don't appear to contain any instruction on how to unsubscribe.Thanks.

Could be Orange.

I've Googled:

Orange Bright Stuff

but there's nothing there which appears to pertain.

I've logged into the Orange website and had a good look around ther for "Bright Stuff" without success.

New name for Monkey Messages maybe.
U can work it out if you are bright. (hint hint)

Innocuous marketing crap that you can adjust on your settings via the web.

Success!

Today, Bright Stuff from Orange included in their daily email instructions on how to opt out of the errr.... service! Just text Stop to 200000. And it worked!
