Guys, Can you tell me if I get free Wi-fi access abroad ( in my hotel ) could I watch Sky Sports on my itouch ?

I have got the free deal currently till end of the year and was hoping to keep in touch with the football etc etc in this way when I go to Spain in a couple of weeks.

Sky will geoblock the access to uk only, certainly.

Most hotels have wifi, some are free and some will charge you for it.

But as the previous poster says, you can only watch Sky Sports in the UK.

I have two further comments:
1. If you can't find a place showing the footie in Spain, you're not trying.
2. If you want to stay in your hotel room and watch the footie while on holiday, save yourself some money and stay at home.

Thanks for the replies.

OneOne - when you have young kids, sometimes you have to head back to an hotel quite early at night time.....especially if you have been out all day as they get very tired. Therefore, its good to chill out , have a few beers and and watch some Sport in your room when kids go to bed. Thats why I was asking the question.

Nah, we always go out for tapas or something and just check back on them every 15 minutes...

You should really watch out as there are allegedly some people in the Iberian area who kidnap young children (that or use it as an excuse when leaving children alone in a hotel results in an unfortunate accident, which they cover up by "getting rid of" said child).

Isn't that what happened with Madeline McCann?
