Why aren't they playing Madonna's new song it would of been the ideal time to introduce it after the Brits ???

Because they only play well known music, if/when this tune is better known it may get played. Hence Heart often playing lots of stuff 6months or so old as that's when it's well known by the listeners.

Can anyone tell me if Heart has stopped having a listen again facitity or is it likely just to be a technical fault? There's something I wanted to listen back to, but when I went to the radio player the option wasn't there anymore.

Probably because it's awful.

I'd go along with that, and I always look for the positives in ANY song!

Must have listened to over 20 remixes of the song as well, and no one has enhanced it sadly.

They don't seem to of had any listen again option for a long time ???

I contacted them to ask why a few times but never got a reply.

They should at least have club classics and the all 80s show available

Thanks. I think it was a few months ago I checked and there were a limited amount of shows available to listen again to then. It's a shame if they're not having any shows available to listen again to.

I never listen to the 80s show but Club Classics seems to be pretty much the same records every time anyway - Show Me Love,Bo Selecta,Gwen Guthrie,Everybody Dance,Rosie Gaines, and so on.

Not that any of them are bad records,it would be nice though to get a bit more variety.

But I know there's little chance of that on Heart.

I'm not quite sure what you want me to say as I wasn't there. No point in me posting something for the sake of it.

If you download the Heart app they are available via that too. Select London as your default station to access the content.

They could have the Big Top 40 , 4-7 on at Saturday afternoon instead of Celebrate Saturday. They could then have All 80s 4-7 Sunday's and then something like Roberto 7-10. I'm sure Capital could do something similar.

Perhaps they are nervous about the song falling down the charts?

But that would then mean Saturday locals would loose an hour as they are on from 1pm to 5pm

In that instance the local slot on Saturday would have to move probably to 12noon-4pm.

Personally I don't think commercial radio will risk moving the chart at least just yet. Especially given the sales element is collated from I Tunes which can vary on release dates anyway.

I have been trying to use the listen again facility on there but that doesn't work at all ? I have tried a pc and tablet.

SmartProgrammer said to try the app via the London station bit I couldn't see anywhere to select shows to listen again ?
