Classic ploy! Just like MT saying today "You listen to Jamie & Emma every morning, Well Emma is here from 5" Er....No.

Isn't that just a copy of what Mayo will be doing on Radio 2 with his request show?

If I remember rightly heart did this same last Christmas eve it was something like Ring Roberto 4pm to 7pm then Mark Wright 7pm to 9pm and Jenny Francis 9pm to 1am with the Christmas Eve Party

If they do the same as last year the last local drive-times will be on the 23rd and they'll return on January 4th.

Local breakfast shows will air as normal through-out Christmas and new year the only possible difference will be the presenters

For Heart London JK and Lucy will be on breakfast from the 21st with Margherita Taylor on drivetime

Who really gives a fig who is presenting on Heart? 90% of people who are forced to listen to that rubbish from say a work place won't even be able to name a dj anyway. They would however know every lyric to Take That's Rule the world.

No just pointing out that Heart rather than differentiating themselves from Radio 2 appear to be copying, both have Kylie shows on Xmas day afternoon and now request shows on Xmas eve drive. Surely Heart have to offer something of an alternative to Radio 2 rather than ape it if they want to attract listeners?

So are callers given a choice or will they play anything? Remember the music will be cut at the end.

I have never heard a news presenter with such a powerful voice as philip chryssikos. He instantly draws you in and has you're attention for the whole news bulletin, Just brilliant. The next best has to be the guy on Capital London breakfast, Tim John.
