I wonder if Margerita might move over to Smooth? She's been at Global for many years.

I think they should stop giving national presenters 6 day a week shows to allow for more/new talent

Looks like Warren wasn't allowed or chose not to do a farewell show so Rich Clarke was dragged into Sunday afternoon

Hope not either. Obviously they want new talent on Heart. Global should open up Gold more with schedules. Most of the stations owned by Global are now full with well known she who previously or continued to work at Leicester sq.

They seem to have ditched a lot of the older stuff now. Shame.

Incorrect. Most hours still contain on average 3-4 x 80s songs and 2-3 x 90s songs an hour.

Not a lot of the classics you hear on UKRD for example, always Patrick Swayze or some other lame 80s song you hear all the time which isn't one of the best from one of the greatest decades in music. As Hitmusic said, Roachford, Simple Minds, Janet Jackson; never get much airtime on Heart. Even All 80's doesn't have much variety. Most of the same regulars popping up every week.

But then again.. Heart, experts at running the same tracks all the time. You're bound to hear Patrick Swayze, Eric Carmen or The Black Eyed Peas 'I Got A Feeling' when you turn the radio on.

But if research on your target audience shows they don't want to hear those artists why would you ignore valuable information like that?

But surely they dont want to hear Madcon or BEP's?! I just don't belive it. All them amazing 80s and 90s songs over stuff by them?!

Just look at the variety of music that is played on Heat radio, Just brilliant.

Not had to put up with Heart for the past 3 years thankfully after changing jobs. Today someone had it on at work and I can't believe I still heard the same few tracks they were hammering over 3 years ago. One was Rihanna followed by Coldplay followed by Kylie.

Talk about ground hog day. Dreadful.
