I listened to Stephen and Emma last weekend and I swear they signed off with "see you next week".

Work this one out......

Tomorrow 12-5pm, South Coast have Mark Watson (he's been on drive all week for SC) and Thames Valley have Lucy Ellis.

Then on Sunday 12-4pm, South Coast have Lucy Ellis and Thames Valley have Mark Watson (who's doing Thames' breakfast for a week).

But on Monday Mark Watson is scheduled for SC dirve...is that a mistake or is he doing a double shift?

EDIT: Mark's been scheduled for doing Thames breakfast this week as well as SC drive..anyone know if he's actually done both?

Seem's Mark has been doing both Breakfast on Thames and Drive on South Coast this week. Heard him talk about that exact thing on SC drive yesterday.

Begs the question: Are Heart that short of cover presenters for local shows?

I'm almost certain they gave the Wonder Of The Week question out and said they'd give the answer this weekend

I think l said Roberto in for Stephen and Emma. It was Nick Snaith and Margherita Taylor. Its Roberto and Margherita Taylor for Jamie and Emma London Breakfast.

Why does Nick and Margherita sound so different, and Stephen and Emma sound so plastic?

Agreed, they sounded great this morning much better than the rather plastic sounding Stephen and Emma. JK and Lucy on Saturday and Nick and Margherita on Sunday would be a excellent line up.

Heart Sussex and Surrey listeners will have a new presenter on the breakfast show from Monday Television presenter and Radio Jackie host Nicola Hume is joining Heart Sussex and Surrey for breakfast with Tom and Jack.Nicola, who has a weekly show on Radio Jackie, will replace Lynsey Bartlett who is returning to be a full-time mum.

“I can’t wait to get started on the Heart Breakfast show and work alongside Tom and Jack – it’s going to be hilarious! Along with the great music and laughs, it will be brilliant to get to know the listeners of Heart in Sussex & Surrey too,” Nicola said. Heart’s Programme Controller Ollie Wilson said: “Nicola is great fun and a fantastic addition to the Heart Breakfast team. And this evening Joel Ross is just underway with ring Roberto. Roberto will return to his normal slot in 2 weeks time (Monday 26th)

Of course... in fact, today we had a link to Nick Snaith's show posted on there... his edit of "We Built This City" was a total shocker... HACKED!!!!!!

Heart london breakfast is brilliant with Roberto and MT. I don't normally listen to breakfast as Jamie n Emma are so naff but these two however are a must listen.

Yeah I heard them when they filled in on 3 Fridays a great combination just like Nick and MT yesterday on Sunday breakfast

Just to say something nice about Heart for once, I must say I have been enjoying listening to The Late Show every night in bed the last couple of weeks. A really nice mix of love songs, including lots of random stuff I haven't heard for years or ever.

Did anyone catch the handover between JK & Lucy and Joel last night - (I presume there was one?) .... Isn't this going to be the first time the guys had encountered each other on-air in their 'separate' guises ?

Yes I heard it that was no chat between them at all didn't catch this evening's hand over but last nights hand over from JK was Joel is up next with ring Roberto and that was it straight to the adverts.

I'm wondering if Joel is presenting the show from the Heart studios in Birmingham as he's based there on a weekend for his 2 afternoon shows

Im sure l read on his tweets he's doing Breakfast in Brum then Evenings in London? Unless he can use London to present Brum Breakfast?

Stephen Mulhern and Emma Willis return for there 8am to 12pm slot

Margherita Taylor returns to her normal Sunday afternoon slot of 12pm to 4pm after covering the morning slot last weekend with Nick

Joel Ross continues to cover Roberto's evening slot of 7pm to 10pm

Monday

Simon Beale returns to his early morning slot of 01:00 to 04:00 after his holiday

Matt Wilkinson returns to his early slot of 04:00 to 06:00 after covering Toby's slot this week

Roberto and Margherita continue to cover the breakfast show all next week there final show will be on Friday 23rd with Jamie and Emma returning on Monday 26th

Toby Anstis is back in his normal slot of 9am to 1pm

And finally Joel Ross continue to cover Roberto's 7pm to 10pm slot till Thursday evening

Friday 23rd

As above with Jenny Francis covering Roberto's club classic's slot from 9pm to 01:00am

Roberto should be returning to his normal slot on Sunday 25th

Now whether Roberto is on the evening shift and breakfast shown remains to be seen if he is that would give him 3 shifts in 24 hours Sunday 7pm to 10pm, Monday 6am to 10am & 6pm to 10pm

Joel has just said Roberto returns on Monday however hearts website say's Joel is on again next week

Back to normal? Toby doesn't start until 10am, I understand he does do a local show in London from 9-10. But his main UK wide show always starts at 10am

It will confuse those local listeners who read this. They think local breakfast has been cut. Maybe it should be as it's the same time tunnel, but sometimes played in a different order.

Up here in Darlington I only get Heart London so for me its normal I thought the local hearts in the south all went to Toby at 9am
