Welcome to 3 hours ago. And stop bitching about others on the other thread, you have not "won the battle against G and RL" as you put it.

I am checking on that thread to see what you are saying about me and others, there is no battle here as far as I am aware although you are posting such. |

Who on earth is available to replace Toby Anstis on the mid morning show? He needs to be replaced, he done 2 great big butcher's today on his show that should never be allowed to make it onto UK Radio waves.
One on Daft Punk and one on Starship. I haven't got the recordings yet but will post them when I can get hold of the Catch Up player. Daft Punk ~ 0'40 too early Starship ~ 1'10 too early After today I will listen to Capital or Wave 105 instead. This will be my FINAL upload of segues on to any Heart-related thread. And I will stand by my word this time. Radioplayer has finally started working, so because of that... (these were from Toby's show on Monday) Daft Punk: http://www.mixcloud.com/spotify95/he...ing-daft-punk/ The Starship segue I've been on about for ages, has finally been recorded and caught ![]() http://www.mixcloud.com/spotify95/he...tarship-segue/ Now you know why I was adamant on getting the segue. Way too early. And with that, like I said at the beginning of this post, I'm not posting any more segues. |

As long as people don't start posting in here
I have placed ONE post about the butchering of a song, I was going to post it in the other thread but it was closed when I had the segue available. I do not plan on recording any more of Heart's segues so I won't post any more of them on here. ![]() Don't worry I won't hijack your thread

Please don't , as I like Heart. Stop all this stuff , we get the point . I like to read people's views on the radio industry . But with you keep going over the same things it's just boring now .

Not a issue , a local radio station even cuts it . 4.50 is to long for radio play . Up to 3.50 is correct .

As much as Spotify95 maybe an annoyance by continuing to post segues all the time. I'm also quite surprised at some so called industry people who come on this forum, and seemingly bully her/him. I'm not naming any forum names as people reading this can see it for themselves.
There's been stories in the media, about how people who've been bullied online have been taking unprecedented risks and done things to themselves. Strangely enough radio stations have also reported these stories (many stations probably home to some of the posters on here guilty of such stuff). If people don't like what's being said, report the user/thread or simply ignore it. Sometimes the behaviour displayed by some, hiding behind a keyboard - who probably wouldn't even dream about saying the sort of stuff in person is not on. I'm not defending Spotify95 - but some people really need to behave... End of rant... Back on topic... |

Don't they programme the computers in for the music so they don't have to sit at the desk?

Here's a quote that explains everything about segue points etc (from another forum): Quote:

So the markers are on the songs - its a play out system of course markers are present they need to be there to make the whole thing work however they are NOT used in the way you seem to think. I hope this is clear enough for you. |

Dear Digital Spy Moderators...
PLEASE block spotify95! Every discussion about Heart is ruined by this constant, petty drivel! We know this user doesn't like the way Heart seg some of their tunes, but do we REALLY need to have a running commentary, EVERY time they do it? It has been discussed, it has been pointed out that it's probably not markers on the music but just presenters 'back timing'. The user has pointed out themselves that they have had a message from Heart telling them as much. Please, please, please block the user, and let some other discussion about the station continue. Thanks |

Thanks 1) I haven't ruined every thread. The threads I've commented on were to do with the hacking of songs. That thread has now been closed, and on this thread I have posted ONE segue. Just one - and I have promised that I won't post any more. 2) I'm sure you've been looking at the Hacking thread, which I did post a lot of segues. But after the most recent starship segue, I'm annoyed by the segue and the station. So because of this I won't listen anymore - and this time I will stick to it. 3) I have not done anything to break the Terms and Conditions of the forums. Some of my posts have been a bit "on and on" or "rant-ish" about the station, but none of them have been aggressive or off topic. So with that, I will depart from this thread, since I'm no longer needed. But I don't need to be blocked

I don't see the segways are the problem. Depends where the note is caught if it sounds messy.

Hope someone gets around to banning spotify95; people have been blocked for far less and like the boy who cries wolf nobody now believes he will stop hijacking threads with his obsessive disorder.

Today's Time Tunnel question:
The year in the 2pm version was 1992. They included Rosie Gaines' Closer than Close. Wasn't this a mid-to-late 90's song? |

Heart London breakfast will be with Jamie and Lucy (from Heart London's drivetime show) Heart London drivetime will be with JK and Emma Its part of heart's wife swap Quote:
Emma's left Jamie for another man! http://www.heart.co.uk/london/on-air...log-wife-swap/
It's official! Emma Bunton's got a new man! After putting up with Jamie for nine months on Heart Breakfast she's off to send some quality time with JK from JK and Lucy. That does mean that Jamie has to look after Luce but, as they're both a similar height at least she won't have to strain her neck to see him! Wonder what Lucy's singing's like? Will she make the tea? (Emma never does). The Heart Breakfast Wife Swap is tomorrow from 6 x |

Hi guys
Just a quick sidenote (before I go away again) - and this isn't to do with any segues at all. Heart's music variety is slipping. Down to 12%, and under 1,000 unique's for the first time in ages. http://comparemyradio.com/stations/Heart_Northants Maybe "more music variety" isn't that much variety at all? ![]() (I'm off away from this thread now) |

I had a little listen today and not impressed. Too many adds and the repetitive playlist. Thank god I have a local tindle station where there is more music variety less adds and more LOCAL interaction.
