Thought I'd share;

For the past few days I've been having problems with the volume on my iphone4, when listening to the iPod the volume would just drop really low.

I contacted o2 to be told that because I bought the phone 30 days ago they wouldn't just swap it for a new one as they only offer a 28 day exchange. If I wanted a replacement they would have have to send my phone away to be looked at.

I contacted apple who booked me an appointment with one of the in store advisors. I explained the issue and that I had bought it from o2. They ran a diagnostic on the phone but couldn't see what would cause the problem I had described, however, they still replaced the phone for a new one.

Thank you apple for doing what o2 should have done in the first place.

They're always good like that in apple stores, unless the phones been for a dip in the loo/sink/wherever your wife says she didn't drop it.

Yes Apple are great and its better to go instore if you have problems with your phone because they will sort it out on the day but the network takes weeks to solve the problem.
