For use from 1800 BST.
Very dull day yesterday.
Kathy has been doing some campaigning, but hard to tell how successful it's been. She's probably at least done enough to avoid an embarrassing 8-0 vote.

The brigade are getting worried about a potential Brendon-Andrew alliance, Brendon having broken it to Kathy that he'll be voting to evict her.

Kathy tells Hayden and Lane that she would nominate Brendon and Rachel, should she stay and win HoH.

She's really trying, bless her.
mindset

Kathy leaves the guys outside.

Hayden wouldn't do Rachel even if he was hammered.

Lane would like to kick Brendon's ass in a bar fight.

Nice.

Hayden & Lane go up to HOH but Matt isn't there. They've been slagging off B&R and Rachel in particular, H saying she's the kind of girl you'd avoid in a bar.

Matt arrives back togetrher with Ragan. BB won't give give him back the remote control that he hacked.

Matt says votes are split; Lane says Andrew isn't actively campaigning.

Lane thinks one of the reasons Brendon has been successful in Veto comps is "cos it involves thinking and he's good at that". Said without any trace of irony.....

Matt, Lane, Hayden saying the house has "heavily shifted" in favour of keeping Kathy. He thinks Brachel will vote with the house, but will approach Andrew and suggest a deal it return for their votes.
That would be tricky for Andrew as he likes Brendon but detests Rachel.

Britney arrives in HOH and Hayden leaves.
Matt suggests Andrew staying is much better for her, as it takes the target off her back.
Hayden goes straight to Kristen, but they keep being interrupted by people coming in and out.
They ask Rachel, who says her and Brendon don't see eye to eye over everything. Says she tries to avoid talking to Brendon about Andrew v Kathy as it makes them start arguing.

Bubbles rather than Trivia, but the POV Ceremony seems likely.

Brendon didn't use the veto, so still Kathy v Andrew.
The mood in the house seems volatile, so hard to say how the vote will go.

Andrew in HOH with Matt. Says he isn't in an alliance "I ain't got nobody".
Andrew says Rachel is his target, but not Brendon. He thinks he has 4 votes.
Matt says if it's a tie, he'll vote to evict Kathy. He's advising Andrew to do more campaigning.

This is probably the least predictable week so far, in terms of who's going home. I hope Andrew can stay though, he's one of the only entertaining people for me. But it would be smarter to vote him out over Kathy.

It's also interesting to see Kathy start playing the game more.

The house seems very split at the minute, Kathy is working hard. I hope Andrew starts to campaign for himself a bit more.

The Brigade still think Andrew is in an alliance with Brachel. Apparently Rachel said some anti-Andrew stuff at the pov ceremony but they think she was acting.

Its quite bizarre, I want Kathy to go on the principle that she's a worthless player, but she's actually fighting harder than Andrew to stay.

Kathy's been spinning her all-purpose sob story to Ragan - her own illness, her mother's illness, her son needs an education.
In the meantime B & R alternate strategizing, bickering and slobbering.
mindset

Andrew just marched into the bedroom, leaned over Brendon to kiss Rachel on the cheek.....looks like the "drama" at the Veto Ceremony was an act. It looks like Andrew really is with Brendon and Rachel. Gawd knows.

Hamster saying Big Brother 12 will have a two hour finale on September 15. I have that date as the start of Survivor; could be both I guess.
mindset

Matt and Ragan agree Andrew has to go. The Brigade will be delighted.

Andrew was sitting quite pretty until this POV ceremony where Rachel screwed it for him then

I think it's gonna be intense until the last minute thursday, finally.

I think Andrew will end up going. He and Rachel tried too hard to convince people he's gunning for her, and they see through it.

Finally an exciting eviction cycle. Shame its not going the way i'd prefer though..

CBSTweet A special 2-hour #BigBrother finale to be broadcast on WED, SEPT 15 following the premiere of Survivor: Nicaragua.

That should be a good night's couch-potatoing!
mindset

Brendon to The Brigade:"I don't want to make a decision based on what Andrew said ( at the Veto Ceremony)"

Perhaps because a decision was made before Andrew spoke......
