I know I'm a bit thick, but iTunes should be easy?
Please help, iTunes is driving me mad.
I purchased an album tonight which is a compilation, and as you do, I want to get it loaded into iTunes and onto my iPod. So, I load the CD in the PC, iTunes opens, and I click 'Import CD' - CD is now imported, but when I go into the library I get each track showing as a separate album. The album name is the same on all of them, but still they are split. How do I get them all to show within one album? |

Did you tick the compilation box?
Highlight all the tracks > right click > get info> Options > "part of a compilation" Yes >OK |

![]() Does that have to be done before the CD is imported, or can it be done retrospectively? And where do I find the compilation box? ![]() Sorry - I did tell you I was thick! |

The compilation tick box is on the info for each track, but you can do the whole album at once as I described above.
