Stacey Solomon
Does anyone know if Stacey Solomon has a record deal or anything? Was just watching some of her X-Factor performances again and she is such a good singer, and such a funny, nice girl to boot!! Would love her to have some success!!!

She did a really great track for the armed forces and it was a really good song....it was set in an old fashioned vibe n suited her voice. I think i heard her say that something was in the pipeline but she wasn't sure just yet.

Oh yeah I think I remember her performing that on GMTV a while back, she was amazing. I just love her. Love her personality and her voice.

I really doubt a successful music career is likely for her.
She's not a popstar, she's just a good singer. The only way Cowell knew how to deal with her was to make her a Leona Lewis clone...and obviously we already have one of those, and she's hardly setting the world alight as intended. At best I'd expect her to release a moderately successful album, but fail in the singles chart, and follow that up by a short-lived ITV presenter career of some sort. |

I loved Stacey on X-factor, she was easily my favourite contestant, but I really don't think she has the drive to make it without the Cowell machine behind her.
I read a brief interview to publicise her track on that armed forces album a few months ago, and she was just saying she would "wait and see what came along", and that's just not enough to make it these days, though she might get lucky and get a full-time gig with one of those touring musical companies. At least that would make her a good living out of singing, but I can't see any big record sales in her future... |

I loved Stacey and wanted her to win! However I don't think anything will happen now or we'd have heard about it ...
I'd love to see her doing some presenting work. I think she'd actually be perfect for hosting a Vox Pop segment on Xtra Factor when it starts, interviewing the public in the street on their opinions of the show. |
