3GS camera slow to open after update to io4

Couple of days ago I updated the 3GS to iO4 and although I love the new folder features and flicking between applications, I have noticed the camera now takes ages to open.

I stab the icon and the "iris" displays almost straight away, but takes around 15 seconds to "open" so I can actually take a photo.

I've also lost the Double-click of the home key to open it, although I guess this is now taken by the multitasking function. Any other way to short cut the camera?

I've tried this on my iphone 3gs running ios4.0.1 and I don't have a problem with the camera, it takes at most 5 seconds to be ready to take photos once I open it. Which is what it probably took before the update.

This probably isn't much help though...

Yes, I've noticed that too. I'd guess it's a bug because it doesn't do it every time. I guess we just have to wait for the inevitable bug fix updates. Hey, at least we haven't got the problems the 3G owners have got.
