I ordered an Iphone 4 on monday night over the phone as an upgrade, I was told I would reicieve it on Wednesday which I expected. Nothing came so I phoned them to be told it would be here today. Nothing again. I have called them and they gave me a tracking reference to contact Royal Mail with to check where it is however Royal Mail are saying they haven't recieved it yet ! Phoned phones4u back and told them and they said it has been sent by them so I will recieve it tomorrow or friday the advisors on the phone are terrible and can't get rid of you quick enough, has anyone else had this problem not sure what to do I would rather just know if it isn't coming then I will get it elsewhere.
