Possible to copy SMS messages from Nokia 6233 to HTC Desire?

I'm getting my new HTC Desire tomorrow (hopefully) and I just getting things prepped. I've got all my contacts copied on the SIM so I'm assuming I'll just put that in and copy them from the SIM without issue. My main concern is my SMS message. I have about 100 older messages that I'd like to keep/transfer to view as text messages on the Desire. Can someone suggest a simple (or otherwise) method for transfering SMS messages between these two phones?

does your nokia have an option to send the messages via bluetooth?

I thought some phones allowed you to store sms on your sim like contacts. I am sure I did that with my nokia before I moved to my desire.

It has bluetooth but there doesn't seem to be an option to select the SMS messages and send using bluetooth or real option is to move them and it appears to only move to a folder on the internal memory, not the SD card.

Again, I can't seem to find any option to move them to the Sim.

If you are on o2 you could send them to bluebook if they aren't already there and then they can be viewed on the o2 website. Probably not the solution you are looking for but probably the best you are going to get without having a sim in each phone and forwarding them from one phone to the other which again isn't ideal

I recently tried to do this from a Nokia X6 to an HTC Wildfire but couldn't find a way to do it using Bluetooth. I ended up installing the Nokia/Ovi software suite on my PC and copying the texts to that. It's not ideal, but at least I haven't lost them.
