Anyone remember those ones that were shaped like a space rocket and had different colours for the 'sections' of the rocket........

I always thought a Mivvy was the most luxurious ice lolly money could buy, cos it was ice lolly on the outside and ice cream in the middle !

Couple of people have mentionned 'Fabs'.......were they the ones with a chocolate coating over the top half of the lolly with hundreds and thousands stuck on ?

Fabs are eight for a pound in tesco at the moment.
I used to like those creamy banana ones. What were they called?

Mini milk; like a little tube-shaped white ice lolly of stuff similar to vanilla ice-cream, except the texture was more solid, I'm not sure but they might have had a strawberry flavoured mini milk as well.

I recognise many of the examples here.

yes I remember Rockets well - and that was the great thing about a Mivvy - if you weren't sure if you wanted ice-cream or an ice lolly, you could buy a Mivvy and have both

I seem to remember the ones which were just flavoured iced water but wrapped in really thick plastic which you had to have teeth made of metal to open

Fizz Bang.

I was brought up in an area with a large Jewish population so also had the pleasure of thier own kosher ice creams and lollies. Elf's ice cream factory was just across the road from where I lived and they produced some really nice stuff.

I think you can get them from Iceland.

They used to do cider lollies but stopped stocking them about 3 or 4 months ago.
