I turned on my Sony Blu-ray player the other day and it wanted an update and then appeared Sony Entertainment Television in the same section as BBC iPlayer.

Sony Entertainment Television allows you to watch full episodes of the likes of, Rescue Me, Different Strokes and I Dream of Jeanie etc.

It also allows you to watah mini episodes of shows, plus trailers etc

All for FREE!

I hope Sony add more content as time goes by (which is also free)

I have the KDL-32W5810 and I can acess BBC iPlayer on it, try going to the red button and then typing in 7001, see if that works.

My tv doesn't have Sony Internet TV, my Sony Blu-ray player with BBC iPlayer is a better setup and better picture quality.

That's because it's on Freesat - your TV is a Freesat one.

I have a Sony Bravia KDL-40EX403 and today noticed that YouTube no longer allows continuous play of my Favorites. After playing just one video, it returns to the favorites menu screen insted of following on to the next video on my list.
Very irritating.
Is this a Sony Internet TV upgrade error?

My KDL-37EX403 is playing favourites one after the other so it's a problem your end. Try signing out and signing back in again.

Go into the network settings and refresh the Internet content as someone th the Freeview section has done and you will find the I Player Beta is now working.
