O2 Online sim cards
Are you only able to order a maximum of 6 sim cards from o2 even when paying for them?

Not sure, but I know that some online retailers refuse to send more than a handful of SIMs out at any one time to combat fraud - if they allowed people to have 40 or 50 at a time, then a gang stealing unregistered PAYG phones could easily make a small fortune
