I have an iPod Classic and Sansa Fuze MP4 player, and up until a few weeks ago, I was saving videos from YouTube without any problems, then transfering them to my players, but when I tried to save a video last night to my Sands Fuze by clicking on the MP4 button (the usual method), the download box appeared for about 2 seconds (green filling bar showed for a second), before the box went blank. Checked in Downloads, and the file hadn't saved. I later re-downloaded Real Player and clicked the Download this video box that appears just on top of the video, and when trying to transfer to my Sansa Fuze, it was unable to do it because it was FLV, and I dont know how that is as I didn't click to save it in that format. I am also unable to transfer the songs from Real Player to my Sasa Fuze convertor, and it comes up that the file is FLV. I have a convertor I use to transfer YouTube videos to my iPod Classic, but when I copied and pasted the link last night, it said something along the lines of the link wasn't valid. Tried a range of YouTube videos, but I can't save any of them.

Everything was fine up until a few weeks ago, so I really don't understand why YouTube seems to be stopping me from saving videos all of a sudden.

I'm now wanting help in trying to find another program to save YouTube videos and transfer them to an iPod Calssic and Sansa Fuze, seeing as the ones that were relaiable arne't working for some strange reason.

Thanks in advance.

You should be able to covert them using Youtube downloader but if that is not working NCH Software have some excellent freeware that will allow you to convert the format into what you want - good luck

I use a Firefox Add-On called '1-Click YouTube Video Downloader': https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/13990/ it works really well and can save videos straight to MP4.
