Internet and Opera on a Nokia 6600
I am slightly baffeled by not being able to connect to the internet/Opera on my Nokia 6600. I am using the GPRS WAP connection and anything to do with 02 Active works fine. However, if I tap a internet address in or try to start opera it doesn't do anything. it just says 0kb and doesn't move.
Can anyone help? |

Few things to try which are hidden away by O2:
I use the Netfront browser on SX1 and this didn't work till I put the O2 proxy settings in: 193.113.200.195 port 80 . The other things to try are: 1. make sure ALL GPRS settings are enabled on your account (ring them up - should be WAP and Internet) 2. Try using the mobileWeb access points - but this is not free (neither will WAP GPRS from July I think) |

It's the legendry problem with o2 GPRS - you need Mobile Web enabled on your account if you want to surf properly.
