I'm thinking there must be something out there for this but searching on iTunes either doesn't bring something up that fits my wish list or the reviews say is too US focused.

I want something where I can log my fuel purchases. Sort of like, enter how many litres I bought, how much I paid for it, the mileage on the car when I filled up etc. To keep a track of how much I'm spending and also how ecomonical the car is.

Does anyone know if something like this exists?

There are loads - are they definitely all us-focused? I would find the closest one to my needs and email the dev, asking if he fancied making a metric/uk gallon version, it wouldn't be a very hard thing for them to do. I've recently had great success getting a friendly dev to convert an app to a specific need of my industry and it's gone really well. If you can convince them they'll sell x more thousands of copies in Europe, why wouldn't they?!

Could do, but I have an iPod not an iPhone so no internet at garages.

Road Trip works on iTouch, so should be ok on iPhone. It can be set for gallons/Litres , miles and MPG (UK). I Have used it for 8 months, no problems.

I know its not the answer you want, but you can keep your receipts or just check your card bill at the end of the month. Its close enough for such purposes.

Thanks. I've installed the lite version to try.

Yes, because the apps tend to be the same

I mentioned both because sometimes people with iPhones don't realise that the Touch can do a lot of the same things and that the apps are the same.
