MMS problems

Can anyone help, I have a customer of mine on Vodafone with a fixed dial sim card and they want to send MMS from the camera phone but because it is fixed dial enabled, they are getting the message "Call Prohibited".
I think that if I were to include what ever number Voda GPRS uses, like a dial-up no then it would allow the call because it would be in the fixed dial list.

Can anyone help ?????
