I deserved that

I will probably subscribe and then cancel in disgust the moment one of my favourites is not on there... can see it happening around American Smooth time, as there are a lot of contenders who would probably beat out Matt Dawson!

So far as I know this dvd mag did come out a while ago and then publication stopped after only a few issues.... It was mentioned on one of the forum threads at the time, but I'm really sorry that I can't remember which one! I don't think this is something new and the copyright on the website link is 2009, which seems to tie in, unless they have relaunched it, of course. (Wish I could remember which forum thread I saw it in, but it was definitely a while ago.)

I am mildly appeased, although I feel including Tomzilla's paso (or indeed Alesha's where she goes arse over tit) over theirs still qualifies as a violent act against my person.

Did the discontinuation of the series by any chances coincide with having to put out a Foxtrot edition? Just a thought...

oh gosh yes that doesnt bear thinking about.....infact it would be a more entertaining read doing which one was the worst and there would be a LOT of contenders.

The sheer laziness of not updating the DVD's with any of last years dances is awful.

Also ... £7 an issue ... you have to be kidding me! That's double what a decent glossy costs!

Well I bought a copy of the Jive DVD from eBay, and I'm horrified... They showed the Rebel Yell Jive, and the narrator talked all the way through it! Some people have no respect...

Just to let you know, I emailed the publishers to find out if this was a last year thing or possible for this year's series and they said it flopped in its localised tryout and there are no plans for further issues... (it cant have been local to the publishers though as its also my area - and I didnt see it).

But by the sounds of Katie_p, we havent missed much!
