Julie often has issues with clarity, but what she said made it sound like a done deal.

Have you noticed whenever they have an endurance comp, Rachel is the out going HoH so never has to compete.
No wonder it took Production 48 hours to built it!

Yeah, he's probably coming on to promote the show.
I think Matt is in with a good chance at this - he was good on the surf board and this is not a great deal different.

Ragan will have the option to accept or decline the offer. If he accepts, and goes unnoticed for two weeks, he wins $20,000.
