My kid eats the outside as well. Seen others do it to so maybe it´s good. Haven´t tried it myself and don´t plan to.

You can eat the peel ... but it's really not very nice.

Its like eating orange peel.. its edible it wont kill u but its best not to.

I tried to eat the peel once and had to spit it out as it tasted very bitter.

Now I put my kiwi in an egg cup, slice off the top, and use a spoon to scoop out the fruit. Beats all the messing around of having to peel it.

I chop them in half then do the scooping thing. but my brother out of laziness does eat the skin. Have never tried, purely caus I know i will not like the texture
